1. Shipping Areas

Currently, we offer shipping to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping options in the near future, so please check back for updates.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including a tracking number (if applicable).

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1 business day after processing (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST).

Please note that shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping fees will apply. Expedited and Express shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your shipment. You can also view tracking information directly on our website by logging into your account.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Plaxmavel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@plaxmavel.com. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please include photos of the damage in your email so we can process a claim.

8. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your shipping address includes a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, please use a physical street address for delivery.

9. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, we may need to split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified, and shipping charges will be calculated based on each individual shipment.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. If there are any restrictions on the products in your order, we will notify you and provide a solution (such as offering alternative shipping methods or products).
