We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received (not damaged, altered, or marked).
  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Please Note: Certain items, such as personalized products or digital downloads, are non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us for clarification.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or parts that came with it.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Return the item using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  5. Refund Process: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

Once we process your return, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product(s) in the form of the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in damaged or used condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require you to send photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue. We will then provide instructions for returning the damaged item and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Opened or used items (unless defective)
